Advertising Information

Advertising in the BR 25 program book can be beneficial to you, your organization, or business. The program book can be used to promote your business, other events and send notes of congratulations and memorials.

If you have any questions about placing an ad or sponsoring BR 25 please email marketing@brevent.org. If you have design or ad space specs questions please email programbook@brevent.org.

Packet Inserts                   $100 per piece
You may submit single-sheet flyers/brochures to place in the event packet that all attendees will receive at registration.  You will be responsible for delivering 500 copies of any materials you wish to have placed in packets to Marketing (see address below) no later than Monday, October 1st, 2012.  Payment must be received no later than September 24, 2012.  BR 25 reserves the right to reject packets inserts deemed inappropriate and refund payment.  Thus, please submit a copy of the packet insert via email to Marketing@brevent.org.

Full page Bleed size is 8.75"w x11.25"h (1/8th inch extra image *all* the way around, minimum)
Lettering and important info should stay *within* the live area size, or risk being trimmed off!!
This ad must be vertically formatted

 

Center Spread Ad                   $600
Center spread Live area is 16"wx10"h
Center spread Trim size is 17"wx11"h
Center Spread Bleed size 17.25x11.25 (1/8th inch extra image *all* the way around, minimum)
Center spread must allow for the gutter (1/2" right down the middle)
Lettering and important info should stay *within* the live area size!
This ad is horizontally formatted

 

Half Page Ads                   $125

Horizontal Half page Live area is 7.5"w x 4.5"h
Horizontal Half page Trim size is 8.5"w x 5.5"h
Horizontal Half page Bleed size is 8.75"w x 5.75"h (1/8th inch extra image *all* the way around, minimum)

Vertical Half page ad (B&W)
Vertical Half page Live area is 3.5"w x 10"h
Vertical Half page Trim size is 4.25"w x 11"h
Vertical Half page Bleed size is 4.5"w x 11.25"h (1/8th inch extra image *all* the way around, minimum)

Production Specs (applies to *all* advertising):

Trim size is 8.5"wx11"h
The cover, back cover and inside cover pages will be full color.
Interior pages will be Grayscale.
Printing will be of similar quality as the BR09 program

The program will be laid out using Adobe InDesign CS2 for Macintosh.

All ads *must* be submitted in 300dpi resolution at the required dimensions.
Acceptable file types are .pdf, .jpg, .eps & .tif ONLY.
Fonts must be embedded (.pdf) or outlined (.eps)
If you are creating PDFs be sure to use the "press quality" setting when generating the PDF
Images should be Grayscale or CMYK as appropriate, no RGB images, please.

*If your ad does not conform to the specified sizes we will NOT be responsible for fixing or changing your ad.
Your ad must be print ready. We DO NOT offer re-sizing or graphic services. Ads must be exact dimensions quoted above.

*BR 25 reserves the right to decline any ad for any reason. Decline to run add will result in a full refund.
